1. Any characters from any anime, manga, games, Original character and light novels are allowed.
2. Revealing costumes and real weapons or dangerous props are not allowed.
3. This competition is available for solo, duet / duo, or team category.
4. No offensive themes involving religion, politics or any other sensitive issues are allowed.
5. All participants must be available at the venue for registration at least 15 minutes before the competition starts.
6. Any participants who disobey any of the rules will be disqualified.
